The Dementia Information Programme is a series of free talks and information sessions for anyone who has been diagnosed with dementia, care's for someone with dementia or simply have questions about the condition.

The Palliative/End of Life Care and Dementia information session looks at how anyone with a diagnosis of a life limiting illness needs access to palliative care.

Delivered by Lynda Williams, Dementia Support Worker with the Alzheimer’s Society, you will learn about:

  • The difference is between palliative care and end of life care
  • Planning ahead and what support those in advanced stages of dementia may need
